3.- some noise coming from the shield in the speakers area and my car stayed for 2 days and when i go Pick up I figured The oil change wasn’t done!!!!!!

I went In for a perma plate
something I already didn’t feel to sure because my car was new and I don’t want anyone mistreating it
but I couldn’t get a refund so I had to go through with it
Got my new car full of scratches chipped front and some paint residue
I can’t stress enough how many scratches there were.
So many all over big fine scratches and small ones too front back roof and sides
What angered me was that Hugo nova said it was normal and tried to imply it was my doing
Which I didn’t take to kindly and the car was new which I had inspected previously because I was so unsure of the perma plate
He advised me another option that he said would make it worse
Great job man!

I took it back to get it fixed
And they did a full detail but I still received it with new scratches
Great job ! Not!
So disappointing
Not only that they had my car for two weeks during this detail
My apologies for the language
But wtf!!!!
They took way too long for this fix and I feel I was treated poorly and unfairly
I got over it never going back to Buena Park Honda
Not only that I swore never to get a Honda again and tell the world my ridiculous story
Also I got over my car not being fixed by the Honda dealership
They did a terrible job
I’m so unsatisfied and disappointed with the way I was treated
I will take this to consumer affairs
This is not right that I have to be doing this and jump through so many hoops to get a decent car

Buena Park Honda tried to tell me that I needed to change my transmission fluid on my 2015 Odyssey. They said they "noticed" it was dirty. Just a few months ago, my van needed to have the transmission solenoid changed under warranty. The fluid and trans service was done at that time by Norm Reeves Huntington Beach. This is an old practice of selling the customer what they don't need and it ruins the name of the auto industry. It has certainly ruined the creditability of your dealership for myself and my family. We have bought 3 cars from your dealership in the past but will not be returning customers going forward. I do plan to write reviews and share my experience on a public forum so that others are not deceived by such unethical practices.
