Unfortunately I was without my truck for 4 weeks. The initial expectation was 1 week and there was no communication throughout the process indicating any changes, I had to reach out. When I received my vehicle, it had many grease marks/dirt smudges in the headliner. Another service advisor stated he’d updated Annette and she would reach out. After a day and a half, I haven’t heard anything, pretty unfortunate Ken Grody doesn’t value the entire customer experience.

The service advisor was too occupied on his regular duties and made me wait while he did other things that’s very unprofessional, I asked questions and was replied too as if I was an idiot and stated he had 30 years of experience and that he knew what he was doing , never doubted that but it should be ok to ask questions specifically about the part that was recalled and clearly ford was held liable for it , he dismissed my inquiry, upon picking up my vehicle I waited way too long for a vehicle pick up and then they have me the vehicle with a flat , the truck had to flats when I dropped it off . I had to ask them to put air on my tires , but I didn’t ask they wouldn’t of have checked , severe risk driving off with a flat , no one cared to check even as if they drove truck out to hand it to me , horrible experience! Definitely never going back to this place, he charged me a diagnostic fee when they didn’t do a Anthony toy he vehicle the notes on the report are statements I made not an official diagnostic, I knew the car was leaking coolant when I dropped it off and charged me $250 for what I already knew , they didn’t touch my vehicle and still charged me this fee. Very unfair business practices, the diagnostic should cover every detail of the vehicle, I didn’t receive a full diagnostic report just what I said to the service rep. I got a diagnostic at Nissan and they provided a full report and video of every single thing that the car needed not just my notes at intake ! Definitely bad service!
