Tim was awesome! Courteous, professional. Told me he’d have my truck ready in the morning, and it was. No BS. Even offered to have my truck delivered - I will do that next time. The best Ford service I’ve experienced and I’ve been doing this for 20+ years. Way to go Tim!!!
