My vehicle has been at Ken Grody service for over 3 weeks. Just last week I received the diagnosis. I don’t understand how it took almost 120 working hours to get a diagnosis. All I was getting from my service representative was “we’re working on it, we still don’t know what the problem is. I have had to call my service representative, for the first two weeks I hardly received a call from my service representative. After two weeks of this I called for the service manager, left a voicemail and never received a call back. After 3 weeks I asked my service representative for a courtesy vehicle to use, he told me to call Mercury Insurance whom with I have an extended warranty with. Mercury said they would cover $90.00 of a car rental. I will be a month without a car next week. I expect more communication and assistance with a courtesy car as the bill for my car will be in excess of $3,200.00
