I took my wife ST a few months back and the experience was nothing like this time around Annette was professional and also very helpful she made our experience seamless. I was so surprised because not only did she offer a rental the work was done within a day and there was no problems, she had my wife ST previous issues addressed that wasn’t in our 1st visit. I’m very grateful she helped us and also very satisfied, it really made me have confidence in this Ford dealership cause people like Annette are there to help and provide excellent customer service and support. Annette is a gem do not let her go.
