Service is horrible. Promises were not kept. When I purchase my Ford Mustang I was promised to have 2 years service and they did not keep their promise. Promises were made by official manager Carlos, Desmond and Frank the finance manager. Frank accepted when we were signing the papers. what they told us that we were going to have two-year services because there was a mistake in the first vehicle we purchased and we had to take back that vehicle to get the second vehicle . Due to this I definitely would not recommend this car dealership and myself personally I would never trust Buena Park Ford. They said it was in writing .NOT True very disappointed
