We drove from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and our 2000 Ford Expedition SUV started to malfunction on The Grapevine going uphill. As soon as we arrived in LA, we looked for a Ford dealer and found Ken Grody right up the street from our motel. We went in and were told that they were so busy they could not help us until after the holidays. I pleaded and said that we needed to be able to drive back to SF in 2 days, so the service manager Mike Baek asked Henry Garibay to fit us in. And he did! And the dealer did a great job: first a total diagnostic, an ignition stress test, and repair of spark ignitions, PC valve and spark plug gaps -- and they washed and polished the car, and the tires! It looked brand new and was a dream to drive home to SF with absolute confidence! And it was done by 3p the day before we had to leave. We will probably decide to regularly visit LA just so we can get our Ford serviced at Ken Grody!!!
