They made it right - but when I purchase my truck from KG 2 weeks ago, the dash was damaged. A new part was ordered (to replace the damaged piece) so I brought the truck back in, and after an hour was told the wrong part was ordered, but the correct part would be there the next day. A week later the new part arrived so I brought the truck back in. Was told it would be 20-30 min to swap out the piece. I waited for the work to be completed but it took 1.5 hours. Again - they made it right and fixed the issue, just inconvenienced multiple times for what should have been a simple fix. The staff was very friends and accommodating though.

Pablo yanez was great, you’re Ford policy’s ****. You couldn’t remove my lug nuts to rotate my tires because they break when you touch them and then you charge me to replace them when everyone knows there crap but you do nothing to improve them. Pablo worked a deal with me but I shouldn’t have to pay a dime, the truck is still under warranty. I’ve bought 2 trucks in a row and ready to buy another one but it’s gonna be a Toyota Tundra.
