Raul made my appointment at the earliest time, then he was able to finish all maintenance items before 9am the next day. He was easy to talk to about what items needed looking at, and (because I have the VIP PLAN) the total cost was "free". He let me know when my car was ready (phone) and the checkout process was done in 5 minutes.
