I was disappointed with the lies and treatment provided by your service department. I have been a customer of your service department for 15 years. This was the first time I had to take one of my vehicles to you for an insurance claim. Raul swiped my card twice for 2 different amounts ($1k and $1,500) but did not collect to full amount. I didn’t understand why he didn’t just swipe once for the full amount to begin with. There was still a balance due ($277) but since my card had already had 2 transactions, it wouldn’t allow a third, and Raul would not let me see my truck. I wanted to view my truck after it was fixed but Raul said that they wouldn’t bring my truck to me until the service was paid in full. I was upset and frustrated and felt like my truck was being held hostage. I went to the bank to get cash out for the remaining balance. After I paid they brought my truck around. I had brought it in with a full tank of gas and it was returned to me with half a tank and 120 additional miles. When I asked about the discrepancy, Raul said that it was part of the process for you to drive my car. 120 miles seems excessive. And the worst part is that the invoice only had a 5 mile difference from mileage in and out. So either Raul lied to me or your service department manipulates their invoices. Besides my own personal vehicles, I have brought my work trucks in as well as recommended your shop to family, friends, and acquaintances. Because of the trucks I have, I always get asked where I take them to and have always given a good referral to your department. That will no longer happen. I will let my work and anyone else I have referred to about this bad experience and advise them to go somewhere else.
