Worst experience EVER!! Never again will we take our car to Ken Grody Ford three weeks to replace the radio Ismael Rodriguez promised that the car would be done every day for three weeks and it wasn’t until I called the service manager that we got the car back. He lied to us about them even working on the car very disappointing. I may never even buy another Ford product ... Ismael Rodriguez also promised because it took so long that he would detail the car and fill it up with gas neither one was done. Very insulting, not to mention embarrassing for Ken Grody. You lost a customer for ever. Disappointed and overall unhappy with the whole experience.

Too overpriced. I thought I was still under my extended warranty. I am not. $611 for a part and installation that I can order online for $55 and do myself. I’ll never be back now that my warranty is up.
