Hello. I dropped my car off and was not in a hurry to have it back. I needed maintenance check and an oil change. I specifically requested a car wash. I was surprised at the text that my car was ready quit quickly. Went back and waited a good 15 minutes for my car to pull up. Not sure if the car received a late quick car wash but as I was driving home I saw the front window still had the dirt marks I came in with. I looked further and the bird poop on my hood was also still there. I pay a monthly maintenance fee. I give plenty of time to work on my car. If my car wash is poor, should I worry about the oil change? Did it really get a good check up? It’s what I’m paying for every month.
