Raul was wonderful as always. What I wasn’t pleased was the charge of replacing windshield wipers! I won’t do that again. It hard enough to pay $85 for an oil change, but $65 for wipers? Come on.

Tim was great & very helpful, he had my car done fast. I was hoping a technician could take a look at a leak problem I had during the same visit since my car was there already, but Tim said I had to reschedule or leave my car for another day which I couldn’t leave it longer than one day. Other than that everything was great!

Can’t say enough about Raul Rodriguez! We’ve been taking our Ford vehicles to Raul (and also Sammy Gallo) for upwards of 25 years years or so now. These two guys have always treated us wonderfully, almost like we are family. The lease on our F150 will be up in another four months and we expect to be back at KGF for another truck. There are at least 10 Ford dealerships that are closer to our home than Grodi is, but we feel most comfortable dealing with our friends. Thanks very much!

I had a great experience at Ken Grody. Came in to get my brakes and oil done. Tim was quick and friendly, you can tell he loves his job. Even washed my car when they were finished. Really happy, definitely will come back.

I have to rent a car when I take my car in for some services.The service took longer than I had planned for and I had to keep my rental car for 2 additional days. Initially I felt I was being ignored by the staff in the Service Department. It was the end of the day and there was a difficult customer in the service department that required a lot of attention. My F150 was finally written up for service by another staff member who informed me that Pablo would contact me about some questions the next day. I was out the door well after closing. Pablo contacted me the next day and apologized profusely for not being able to write up my truck. We discussed the service questions and Pablo said he would get back with me. From the very next phone conversation I could tell Pablo had taken a personal interest in my service call. He kept me well informed on the status, texted me with updates, gave me his cell number and called just to say how he appreciated my patience. He called on his day off to confirm a contact name at KGF to make sure I was being taken care of when I picked up my truck. I’d like to thank Pablo for taking my repair personally. I really appreciate the personal service. He still owes me a car wash for my wife’s 2014 Edge. Me Mo
