I took my ford in for service. I scheduled a time, dropped it off, and they had me in and out within an hour and a half. When I picked up my truck they said would you like us to wash it?? I said, “ of course!” They valued my time and took care of my truck. This service was refreshing because the last dealer I went to, the same service took 4 hours and did not wash my truck. The service manager Tim did a great job.
