It took 3 weeks to receive my vehicle and ismael never provided updates. I felt their was no effective communication. If I needed updates I had to constantly call in to either not get in touch or be told he’s helping someone and he will call back. I can safely say he called back 50% of the time. All in all the first time I went to this ken grody Ford. I felt like it was an efficient and pleasurable expiernce. However, this time was a completely different.

The gentlemen inside were professional and courteous. The gentleman outside were sloppily dressed, hanging around chatting, laughing, and on their phones. They couldn't even find my car after it was serviced. This is the first time I've had anything but perfect service.
