Two weeks ago we scheduled to add the cruise control on my van on Monday and Tuesday June 29 and 30. So I pulled my work van out of business for Adding the cruise control and today around 12 pm Raul called me to pick up my van because service could not be completed today because they had to order a special part because Ford doesn’t have it in stock. I had to pay in advance $740 to maybe finish this service in one or two weeks. So now I have to schedule my van to be off work again for another 2-3 days. All this could of been prevented if the part would of been ordered in time or if Ford keeps It in stock. Atte. Juan S

The service manager was not clear when explaining that they were going to replace my tire at no charge to me. All I remember is that I had a nail in my tire and the dealership will not repair or patch tires anymore and road hazards is not a covered. Since I had only put 2,300 miles on the damaged tire, I was expecting to pay at least 2,300 miles of use towards a new tire. Everything turned out awesome, however.

Took 3 hrs. To complete an oil change. Didn’t have the courtesy to give me an update till the end of the 2nd hour. A lot of upset customers in the lobby talking about their bad previous experiences. I asked the service writer if he could have the mechanic check the idle just to make sure it was okay because we experience intermittent issues where it seems to run normal and then, when the A/C clicks on, it really bogs down. Anyway, he immediately told me that, if I wanted that looked at, he would have to keep the car. This was not some major diagnostic I was looking for, just run the car and make sure it’s idling okay. Maybe it needs a fuel filter or something easy, I don’t know. But to automatically say they would have to keep it didn’t sit well with me. Sorry.
