Tim Prete greeted both my Wife and Me, wrote up the order and gave us a solid time the vehicle would be ready. He followed up and let me know the car was done. It was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. All went well as it always does at KG Ford.

Extremely satisfied overall! The truck was brought in for what I seemed to have believed just one tire pressure sensor and Annette called me stating there was a mounting issue on the drivers side wheels (which Norm Reeves Ford had done when rotating my tires) and had asked if I wanted to pursue Norm Reeves Ford to correct the error, which I declined and had told Annette to do it and will pay for the maintenance. Once that was done she had told me that they replaced two worn sensors and was covered under warranty. Ken Groddy Ford goes above and beyond and a huge thanks to Annette for all the updates on my truck! Keep up the great work and awesome customer service! 5 stars!

Hello, well my experience was no more than fantastic from the start of the drive. Had a service appointment at 7am and was out I believe in an hour and ten minutes with a wash and returned to me. The greeter at the drive took down our info and was followed up with them disinfecting the vehicle which is great. Took the car in and from there we waited inside the waiting room. Received a call when the vehicle was done and met the writer inside. We had received the keys and before leaving they made sure they had disinfected the vehicle once again. Coming from a personal preference of me working at another dealership, you guys are fantastic and had surprised me the quality of service. Keep up the good work and be safe.
