Tim went above and beyond to try and help me all he could. He kept me updated on my wife’s Mustang for a month until it was ready to be picked up. I can’t thank Tim enough for all the support he provided me. I have a Ford dealership within 1 mile of my house, but will not go there anymore, and only take my Mustang and the wife’s to Ken Grody only!

Santana was very helpful with me. I made an apptointment +for Tuesday before the Saturday I was coming in, BUT they never confirmed my appt. And I didn't know until Saturday when I arrived. But I had my online confirmation to show him, but you all never confirmed my appointment. You need to check your online appointment deal.

We have the worst experiences lately. A month ago I called the service department to set up a time to take my brand new car in for the recalls I got notified of. I was told the parts needed to be ordered and Henry said he would call me back THAT WEEK. A month went by and no one called me. I finally called back to be put on hold for 30 min and told that it would take 3 days to complete the recall parts installation. I am 9 months pregnant and can’t be without my car for three days. Wish someone would have called me back so I could have done this earlier! I needed an oil change so I asked if I could at least do the oil change and do the recall stuff later. They scheduled me for an 8am appointment on Thursday Feb 4. My husband shows up at 8am and they have no record of the appointment. Are you kidding me? He’s been there for almost three hours now for just an oil change. So disappointed by the service and the lack of communication and lack of competence over there.
