Vehicle was returned without a wash. Miguel asked if I wanted it washed and I said, “yes”. Unsure if it was forgotten or they didn’t have time to get it done. It should be noted that I left my vehicle overnight. I had no time to advise Miguel because I had other errands to do. Hopefully next time service will be better especially when one pays for services for their vehicle to be taken care of in Ken Grody.
