Took car in because air conditioner and defroster was not working properly for me . After service department looked problem over found no issue called and reported to me and said car was ready . I was unable to pick up my car until next morning went to pick it up and was charged 100 dollars for I guess time spent trying to trouble shoot . I felt that was ridiculous but paid only to have car brought to me unwashed and when they noticed asked me if I wanted it ran through the car wash I said no since after I had already waited some time for the car to be brought up when then said it was ready . I have bought two warranties from Ford and due feel like that should be considered when a customer brings in a car for a possible problem
