This is a two part comment. Initially Annette seemed unwilling to assist us with getting our Licoln Navigator repaired. It wasn't until Tim intervened and spoke with us via phone that we started feeling the customer service we've come to appreciate from Ken Grody we felt we were in good hands and are car was going to get fixed.
In the end it seemed Annette did her part to also assist in assuring us our car would get taken care of.
