You could cut and paste my previous experiences. Annette was friendly, communicated what was happening and what they found, offered recommendations. What I really like is that you’ve never tried to upsell me on anything. KG has always been honest, reported what they found, gave me their opinion, and left it to me. And their opinion has never been based on making money but based on what they recommended for my car. They never recommended a complete system flush at 15k or any silly items I constantly have to deal with at the place where my wife bought her car. And the most positive thing I can say is that the KG service department is one of the key factors in why my next car will be a Ford as well.
