First words out of the service writers mouth was oh yeah it’s probably not covered under warranty because you have mouse prints inside the hood area. No need to jump to conclusions and get someone frustrated and aggravated. I had my car for over two weeks. Every step of the way was like pulling teeth to get them to try and remedy the issues. I felt like I was the mechanic instructing you guys.
