Annette Gironta is perfect for Ken Grody Ford. Management—listen, your clientele who has money is Buena Park/Fullerton region are still old school. I am a 33 year old who still thinks old school. I’m not a 21 year old Mustang driver who thinks he deserves a volunteer trophy. Annette has old school classic promising service who is straight forward. I moved back to California from the East Coast. I hesitate for one month getting service done to my truck because I could not trust anyone. I had my guy back in North Carolina at a Ford Quick Lane. Today, I found my gal at Ken Grody Ford. Annette is an asset. Your young employees who greeted me—YOUNG. Young mindset & still thinks it’s proper to “bro down” with their customers. Annette—classic old school genuine service. Keep her. Promote her. Give her a raise. She is my go to from today on out.

1. It is almost impossible to get a hold of service department to make an appointment. I understand the area is going under construction, but I always end up waiting 20+ min for just to get a hold of a representative. I have 2 ford cars, but I would just find somewhere else for better, quicker service if I’m dealing with this delay again. 2. None of the representatives are welcoming, nor acknowledging the existence of a customer. I feel awkward to walk into the office and talk to the representatives. They just stare at you with cold faces until I say something. Not very accommodated. It wasn’t like this when I visited last time (couple of months ago), but I don’t know what the deal is, but I don’t want to visit with this kind of attitudes from them. 3. No follow up on a vehicle. I had to call them for the update or the progress of my vehicle that I dropped in at 7am. I called them around 1-2pm for an update. I get that it gets busy, but is it so hard to call for couple of minutes? Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the services.

Ismeal did not contact me the day after I dropped off my car, I called him twice. He did apologize when I finally got a hold of him the next day on Wednesday . He mentioned that he just ordered the part and I was angry that he’d wasted a day. My family had no transportation for three days. It WAS fixed the following day when he promised it would be on Thursday. I appreciated that. He was apologetic and I was satisfied after that.
