Tim Prete has bee my service adviser since around 2007- as long as I have taken my old truck there - Unless I was out of state or had ford dealer for few months next door to my job back around 2009 - 2010 I had every single service and repair (exluding batteries, and tires done at dealer ) although I am unemployeed for last couple years I will not cut corners on my vehicle that I depend on - I have never had to return my 2004 Ranger due to incorrect service - Tim Prete always looks out for me and never tries to sell what is not needed (I usually worry I need service done sooner i.e. flush radiator at designated miles, etc. however, it not needed at time Tim will not take advantage - I trust Tim and never question when something needs to be done- matter as fact I try to plan service at Ken Grody when I come to so Cal in last couple years (even when I was in Nevada for 8 months in and now in Northern Calif; only once in Nevada did I have serivce done and in Sonora Calif when I had sway arms in front end go out ) check my records on my 2004 Ranger as loyal customer to great service dept. ( thank you Mr. Rominoff for running tight ship and especially Mr. Prete for always having time for me) Phil
