Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience this time around. From the moment I told Henry that I would be using an extended warranty, he showed his hesitation and lack of desire to work with an extended warranty. He then proceeded to demand an absurd amount of labor hours from the insurance company and was unable to produce documentation justifying his request for those hours. Additionally, after speaking with another Ford Service Department at a different location, I got confirmation that the number of hours was actually above what they considered normal. I went two and a half days without my car for what took the service technician less than 3 hours to fix. This was all due to Henry’s insistence on milking the insurance for more hours of labor than what was clearly necessary. We will not be returning to Ken Grody for service in the future.
