The new battery is working fine, But the odor from the front of the car is still as strong as ever. The internet has discribed this smell as “rotten eggs” “natural gas” or “sulfur” in the numerous complaints about the Ford Explorer dating back several years. This is the second time in the last few months I have had the car in for this problem that I first noticed after being serviced here. Annette has been very helpful & understanding, but the problem continues.
