I had my car towed in Sunday night and I was told Monday evening they would be keeping it for a few days. I took time off of work because I was not offered a rental car until the following afternoon. I had to rearrange my schedule and they still did not know what was wrong with my car. I was called at noon on Wednesday that my car would be finished by 1:00pm. Poor communication, poor service since my car was still under full coverage warranty. I will not return to Ken Grody Ford again.
