My first contact with Mr. Barajas was over the phone when I called the service department and he answered. Mr. Barajas was very professional and confirmed an appointment I had scheduled online. When I arrived for my appointment the next day, I was greeted by a kind representative who checked in my vehicle and directed me to Mr. Barajas. Upon walking into the trailer, Mr. Barajas stood up and greeted me in a very professional manner. Mr. Barajas collected some information and efficiently completed the necessary paperwork. He then directed me to a nice area where I was able to work. Mr. Barajas assured me my car would be serviced and back on the road soon. Mr. Barajas was true to his word and my car was finished and cleaned as promised. The problem still continues with the alarm going off. It still shows hood open while driving. I don't think you guys even run the car for a couple of blocks because you will definitely see what I am taking about. On saturday April 17 2021 I left a voicemail to Miguel(never return call) about the car problem situation. I believe its the key (electric connection)after having for 6years its not connecting properly. You guys at ford don't wash the cars anymore after giving it out to your clients? Got the worse service but its ok i am the one driving my Ford. If you ever hear an alarm going off for no reason its probably mine.
