Ishmil is great, very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. The technician let the oil run/drip down onto the inside of the skid plate. I noticed oil on my new driveway and had to crawl around underneath to see what was happening. Then clean it all up, maybe a better assessment of the vehicle. I know you service many work trucks, but when a truck comes in that is pristine, it should be treated as such. I still think you have the best dealership ..
