Awesome customer service as always provided by the Ken Grody Buena Park service team.
My wife and I have been using Ken Grody for all our car services since purchasing our 2014 Ford Explorer from this dealership years ago. The staff is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear.
I know it’s a team effort but I hope this comment reaches upper Management and recognizes the efforts of Mr. Raul Rodriguez. I hope Ken Grody Ford truly values the team member they have in Raul. What can We say? For all the times we had Raul help us with our car service appointments he truly has provided outstanding customer and professional server at ALL times. Sometimes we all go do our jobs/daily tasks everyday and sometimes it can feel thankless no matter the efforts we put through - well, we are thankful you have someone in your department like Mr. Raul Rodriguez - he’s a very kind person and I hope Ken Grody Ford realizes the type of person they have on their team. Give this man a raise!!!!
