When I dropped my car off I had a 9am appointment. I arrived at 9:01 and was made to wait 20+ before I was seen. When I went to pick up car, I was made to wait 10 minute before I could pay and get my vehicle. There has to be a more efficient way to process customers on drop off and pick to alleviate the wait time.

I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall and was not able to get a loaner vehicle for the day nor did you have a shuttle available to take me to my work office close by. Was offered to use your Enterprise account which still would have been an additional $45/day at least.
