There was one thing he could NOT help me with, is I could not answer cells coming in, I could call out, but when I got a call I hit the answer button on my steering wheel. I could not hear the other side and they couldn't hear me. He just said it's your phone. Without even trying to check or have someone look at it.

Right blinker light wasn't checked as requested. The day I picked up the vehicle the indicator was on that the light was out. Communication was poor & vehicle took days longer than estimated. Service Advisor tried to compensate for it with free tank of gas & slight discount.

It’s the same thing every time I take my truck in there. I have purchased two raptors in the last four years and I’ve had the same problems with both. I take it into Raul and I get the runaround every time. He acts like he knows what he’s talking about, but he has absolutely no idea. I am very dissatisfied with Raul and your service department and chances are I will never buy a vehicle from your dealership again.
