The main reason I came in was to get the recall notice on my van fixed. I had set the appointment so they could scan the VIN to get the recall process started, I was advised about a national back order on the parts for my vehicle and that when they arrived I would be notified. I explained to Ishmael that I would more than likely be up in Northern California for work and was curious if the part could be drop shipped to the dealer closest to my work?
He was not to interested in trying to help and said he had no knowledge or anything to try and possibly help. Basically told me that it could not be done.
I don’t see why if I provided you with the location of the nearest dealership to my work would be a big problem and I’m still just asking is all.
Other than that the experience was great and van was ready right when he said it would be.
New facility is looking nice BTW.
