I know it's the Holidays and maybe no one wanted to work but I did. It's been 3 weeks and haven't heard a word back on the problem. I came in to get a full service and check sensors. Beside that I wasn't feeling anything malfunctioning with the Transmission and now I'm told there's an issue. 3 weeks of no work right before holidays. Monthly bills. And whatever this new problem is about to be all will be hurtful this New Year.

Dropped my truck off for service because the wrench was on. After two days I was told the truck ready for pick up. The service department reset my truck oil life monitor without changing the truck oil and not telling me. Fortunately I caught it because the issues I brought the truck is was not fixed and my service advisor and I went through the setting menu to check if the wench light was due to maintenance schedule. This careless from the dealer could cost me to miss my schedule maintenance for 5000 and if something happen to the engine the warranty might be void. Kinda made me wondering what kind of work ethic at Ken Grody practice.
