I normally work with Tim... who is ALWAYS fantastic, polite, quick and friendly. This time I had Annette. I’m not sure if she was having a bad morning, but she was paged when I arrived, and took a long time to show up. Jason started checking me in and turned over what he had done (which was awesome because he didn’t need to) to Annette when she arrived. She just stepped in front of him without an acknowledgment or thank you to Jason. Then, when I told her a particular service was done on my vehicle, she said multiple times, we don’t do that here. Rather than nodding politely and moving on, she was more concerned with “being right” than letting it go. I will call ahead and make sure Tim (or Jason) will be working on the day I come in. Although, her demeanor was pleasant when I checked out, I wasn’t pleased with the introduction.
