I was told I could pick up my vehicle by 9. Came at 8 and they would not release vehicle to me. The security guard and sales manager were not aware and not very professional about it.
I’m stranded here late at night without any assistance. Ridiculous. I’ve purchased many vehicles from you and have here here for the past 10-20 years. Never again.

We were frustrated going on vacation and the truck breaking down. We were thrown back by great assistance and customer service. We seem to be lacking customer service in this world but at Ken Grody I was asked repeatedly for assistance from everyone and this is our second experience and have a new service home for our truck.Th we customerservice from Tim was exceptional and to receive assistance with finding a rental company on short notice. Made the delay to our vacation transition that much easier during a stressful time. We are very appreciative of Ken Grody service department.

Tim was great. Very friendly and took care of me right away. This is a weird problem. The cover under the front bumper keeps flying off on the freeway. I bought a new one last time and it was installed 2 weeks ago. It flew off yesterday on the freeway. Unknown problem but Tim took care of it I think.
