Visiting Knotts Berry Farm. Came out and battery was dead. AAA after 1.5 hours could not replace the battery. Googled nearest Ford dealership. Arrived after 4:30 and explained story. Got us in and taken care of in under 30 minutes. From the drive up service staff to inside service staff were all outstanding. Thanks so much

All of your staff was wonderful and the wash was a very nice touch it would be nice however if you had a courtesy ride within a certain amount of miles from your dealership as it cost me over $25 to get a Uber to where I needed to go for there and back. Many dealerships do offer the service and it is a very nice courtesy to your loyal customers

Raul is Great. He is friendly, warm and professional. My car had under 15000 miles but the service took a long time. I did need a new battery and I asked to have my Sync3 updated. But I’ll be back! ????. Thank you!
