Raul Rodriquez is outstanding. I live closer to many dealerships. I choose to drive 40 minutes for the excellent service he provides. I have owned three raptors in 5 years, all of which have been serviced by Raul and his team. Truck feels like brand new every time out of service.

When I dropped off my truck this morning the service guy I was supposed to see (Mario) was not there as I guess he was supposed to be...so I checked in with another gentleman and he left a note for Mario to call me ASAP. That was at 7:15 AM...at 10:30 I had to call and got a hold of Mario (he did not call me) and he said he’d try to get some answers on my truck and would get back to me shortly after 1...at 3:15 I called him again to find out what’s going on and he had no answers and had to call me back. At 5 I finally got a message from him basically saying he had no update. Just a long string of excuses each step of the way...
I had made it very clear that this vehicle is my work truck and I have to have it as quickly as possible so I can get back to work. But, instead I have had to call 3 times only to be told they didn’t do anything. Extremely frustrating and bad service, especially when your dealership is already charging me $400 just to diagnose the problem. I lost a full day without my work vehicle and honestly if it wasn’t there already I’d pick it up tomorrow and go somewhere else.

It was parked at the dealer for 2 weeks before a mechanic looked at it. I just received a call yesterday informing me that the technician has to look into the codes. I am still without my vehicle. The service rep is trying to do as much as he can but having my truck parked for 2 weeks is unacceptable.
