He has no customer service and told me my vehicle would be ready in 1.5 hours and came back and it was already 1 hour 52 minutes and all he kept telling me was in 10 min and 10 min passed and still not ready. Until I asked Carlos Ibarra and he helped and told me my truck was ready. Next I will book with Carlos. Love how Carlos has good customer service.
