The work order was taken from incorrect by Matt which caused the technician to recheck the issue with my car. When my car was ready for me to pick up it was tagged wrong so it took 4 people from Ford to look for my car and then the keys which took about 45mins to find and many phone calls to the workers who servic d my car.
Lastly questions were escalated to Barron but I didn’t feel that Barron truly cared but rather just went thru the motion to talk with me

We were very disappointed by the lack of customer care. Mostly everyone had a passive attitude. No one even approached us for about 10 while we were waiting to be seen. We even had an appt.
They didn’t seem to care To check for a part of our car that was loose even though I made the appt for an oil change and for that to be checked. We were just really discouraged after our visit with the Villa Ford maintenance team.
