Glen Kotler did a fantastic job of resolving an issue that no one else could. He came up with a strategy to replicate an issue that the technicians couldn’t. He recognized that the issue had started while under warranty but remained unresolved after expiration. In that regard, he looked out for us as customers where we could have become extremely frustrated. His ernest efforts to make sure we as customers had our service issue resolved will keep us coming back to Villa Ford, and for Glen’s hard work we are thankful.
