I brought 2 vehicles in for service on consecutive days and in both cases Matt said he would be there to assist me. Both days he had taken off without letting me know he would not be there. I do not want to deal with him again. I wasted a lot of time trying to locate him.

I'm curious as to why an air filter was recommended.I purchased and installed a new air filter approx. 3000 miles ago. I find it very strange that my air filter was dirty enough to warrant a change this quickly. It's expensive and unnecessary. Secondly, my check engine light came on when I started my car this morning. I called service and they can't take my car before Monday.
