He was quick in offering me a solution even though no mechanic was there to help, professional, helped me when I was in great need of a solution being my vehicle was acting up. He Made sure I was not driving my vehicle with having my kids in the car and offered me a rental when the dealership was almost closing. He went out of his way to even offer us bbq'd food before their guy packed up. Robert is just friendly,professional.. amazing customer service overall.

I arrived at 4pm and waited more then 15 minutes for them to get my car I finally asked Sheldon to get it as I could even see it.
This was third time I took my car here it is the third time I got told it's ready and washed and it never is.
I dropped car at about 8 am was told likely about 4 hours I called at 3 asking and was told sane thing as message I recieved later. Sorry you are not good at keeping customer updated.
This is a fleet unit I pay nothing but when I went to get it they were unaware it was a fleet unit and copied my fleet card. To Bill them later. So even your billing department is not up to par.
Overall on 1 to 5 scale I would give villa ford a score of 2.2 maybe 3 because of courtesiness. Sheldon and other people are nice and friendly but as a business not good
