Robert Bowden was outstanding. Great service throughout 95% of the process.
Checkout process with the cashier took over 1 hour, 20 minutes.
Robert had the team already was the car once. The morning crew came and washed the car again, unnecessarily wasting the car washer's time and making the customer wait.
Loaner car provided was delivered with multiple scratches and dirtied with someone's left over cashew nuts in the back seat.

Ned was a great technician. My car was serviced promptly, and he was knowledgeable and friendly. However, what really makes Dave Wilson’s Villa Ford stand out to me is the teamwork attitude demonstrated there every time I bring my car in to be serviced. I had stepped away from Ned’s desk and Ned had another costumer. While waiting, two other technicians came forward to assist me with my questions. Set an appointment hoping it would be make the process quick but that was far from truth. The service reps didn’t come outside my wife had to unload my 2 year old daughter and go inside. The reps were rude and did nothing to make the service go quickly. My wife and two year old were told it would take one and a half hours, it took a whole hour longer. Disappointed that I made an appointment and just an oil change took this long.

Service was one thing which was disappointing but the customer service and hospitality from Glen Kotler was great. Very disappointing that other advisers there don't step up as Glenn did. Also to have my car there for 24 hours exactly and Glen hatt completely highlight in and rode on their to wash the car yet nobody did that and it took long to even get my car back.
