I had my appointment at 7.30 in the morning only for service and my car was ready until 9.50 a.m. When I questioned the person who was helping me, he told me that they were late because they were washing it.But when I received my vehicle it was not vacuumed and the rims were still dirty.

My representative who assisted me, Joel was great. My truck spent 4 days at the shop for a simple windshield wiper switch. However, due to the current Covid circumstances, I understand. My trucks exterior was extremely dirty and was not washed as it usually is after a maintenance. Also, Whoever worked on my vehicle left tools in the vehicle. I ended up giving the tools to the valet to return back to the service technician.
