Dustin was super professional. He listened to our needs, provided appropriate feed back, and showed us courtesy and respect. He made us feel as if he were at a luxury auto dealership. I felt I was just in the service to wait for far too long. My service rep did not come to check on me or update me. I ended up having to go look for help and to find out my car was completed service. If I hadn't I would have been still waiting. Not what I expected for this department. No one there seem to care. No apologies for the apparent awareness I was forgotten. The cashier, my rep, seem to become aware I had waited far too long but didn't seem to care. Also other reps there seem to be processed their customers real fast, and didn't even bother checking on me on while their customers come and go.
