I was agast at the cost of labor! $160 per hour is criminal. I felt I was over charged and sold work that may not even be required. I feel the damage to my truck occured when then trans locked up while driving down the street. The recall updated the programing of the trans but did nothing to fix the damage that occured due to the programing error.
Oh, one more thing I was asked if I wanted truck washed and even that didnt get done! It was a terrible experience!! The only bright spot was my service rep Jason Yee. He represented you well and was calm and professional even when I was not. I will not be recommending Villa Ford in fact quite the opposite.
