Service team was very polite and professional. Ford of Orange was previously my location of choice. I am much closer to Theodore Robins and Huntington Beach Ford but will certainly be returning to Villa Ford for service and potential future vehicle purchases.

It took nearly two weeks to have my vehicle repaired. Not once during that two week period did the service department voluntarily reach out to me with an update. After a week, I had to call asking for information.
Worse, when I picked up my car today I was directed inside. Many employees were not wearing masks or had them hanging below their chins. When I stood far back from the cashier desk, an employee derisively asked if I was in line and sarcastically noted that I was being “super safe.” Of course, she wasn’t wearing a mask. She made another remark so that I had to tell her to “leave it alone.”
Finally, when the valet dropped off my car, he was not wearing any protective gloves nor did he wipe off the steering wheel or console.
I paid nearly $600 in service/labor fees and this was my experience. I honestly felt that the service department was not taking public safety seriously. I’d like to talk to the service manager about this experience, please.
