We asked a lot of questions about a lot of things and Jason knew all the answers to our questions. We were offered a beautiful loaner and we were very happily surprised that our car was done before we expected. It runs quieter than before and has lots of energy for the drive home on the freeway. We really appreciate the effort to abide with social distancing and lots of sanitizer available. The dealership was exceptionally clean, including a spotless bathroom. We drive out of our way to go to this dealer. The other service members must be good but we don’t want anyone but Jason. Hang on to him! Carlos was awesome and provided excellent customer service. I’ve been to villa ford many times and got a new service advisor every visit and never felt 100 percent satisfied when leaving. However, this changed with Carlos as he was honest and up front and I didn’t feel like I was paying for anything that I didn’t really need.
Will definitely only work with Carlos going forward, he has my business for life!

It was a an ok experience. Vehicle service was good but the customer service was a failure.
Could of been better if your shuttle was able to go more then 10 miles, I live 11 away and was told they could not drop me off at my home. I have been to McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton and their shuttle will take people to Irvine if needed.
So to be 1 mile past your ten mile limit is unsatisfactory to a customer.
